🌟 At Hope Foundation Uganda, we’re igniting change where it matters most — in the hearts and lives of adolescents, youth, refugees, and marginalized communities. From schools to settlements, football fields to digital classrooms, our projects are empowering the next generation with tools for health, dignity, and opportunity.

🏥 Sexual & Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR)

Knowledge is power — and it’s saving lives.
We’re delivering age-appropriate, culturally sensitive SRHR education in primary and secondary schools across Uganda, including the Imvepi Refugee Settlement. Young people gain the skills and confidence to manage puberty, avoid early pregnancies, and make informed choices about their health and bodies.

🔹 Breaking Barriers: Our programs challenge the cultural, religious, and traditional taboos that have long limited access to SRHR services—especially for girls, women, adolescents, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and youth in refugee communities.

đź’ś Preventing Sexual & Gender-Based Violence (SGBV)

Safety is a right, not a privilege.
Through our youth clubs and community outreach, we raise awareness around SGBV prevention and response. We actively conduct regular sensitization sessions for adolescents, identify and refer SGBV cases, and partner with organizations to follow up and ensure survivor support

Our mission is clear: empower youth with the knowledge to protect themselves and others, and build a culture of zero tolerance for gender-based violence.

âš˝ Girl Empowerment Through Sports (Refugee Sports Grant)

When girls play, communities win.
With generous support from UNHCR, our Refugee Sports Grant is more than just a game. We’re using girls’ football to mobilize communities, promote SRHR education, and offer education scholarships to standout players.

This initiative creates safe spaces, uplifts talent, and keeps girls engaged in school and off the margins.

🙏 A heartfelt thank-you to UNHCR for championing our vision and impact.

🤝 Peaceful Co-Existence & Digital Advocacy

A kinder, more inclusive internet starts here.
We’re piloting youth-led digital advocacy programs designed to fight hate speech and encourage constructive civic engagement, especially among girls. By using creative digital strategies, we’re promoting dialogue, diversity, and dignity in both real and virtual spaces.

đź’» Digital Learning for Refugees & Local Communities

Tech is the new literacy.
Our Digital Learning initiatives are opening up education and career pathways for both refugees and host communities. We offer access to digital devices and learning platforms, friendly, skill-based curriculum, and 21st-century learning tools and remote support

We’re bridging the gap between potential and opportunity—one learner at a time.

🧠 Digital Skilling for the Future of Work

Skills that work—wherever life takes you.
We provide hands-on, practical training in key digital tools and platforms tailored to the real-world job market. Whether it’s graphic design, productivity tools, or internet safety, our goal is to make digital literacy accessible, employable, and empowering.

✨ The Impact Is Real
From the field to the cloud, our projects are creating safer, smarter, and more hopeful futures. Whether you’re a partner, donor, or changemaker—you’re part of the solution.
